What is the endgame of Sw/Sh? I just beat the champion and it’s leading into catching Zacian but I’m wondering what there is to do after that

Nothing much to do aside from beat Battle Tower to get IV judge and play raids to pick up gigantamax forms you don't have yet. Also completing Galar dex should be easy if you have online and catch missed pokemon from other people's raids or do surprise trades until you get other starters.
DLC look like the actual endgame, except you have to wait for them until June and November.
