What do you think the next games after the swsh dlc will be and what do you think they will be called? I personally think it will definitely be the Diamond and Pearl remakes and maybe they'll be called Time Diamond and Space Pearl or Adamant Diamond and Lustrous Pearl.

Game freak won't do a sequel. It will definitely be flat Diamond and Pearl remakes next year, and then maybe the year after that, instead of going to gen 9, they do a Sinnoh sequel. However, a flat D/P remake will almost certainly be next year.

Yes they said the expansion pass will replace the third version, and they have a team working on the dlc, and a team working on 2021's main series games(probably the D/P remake).

So basically they have no intention of fixing the terrible textures, awful story, camera issues, lack of exploration in WA (towers you can't enter, etc) unless we buy the game and DLC. Nice. If they had a third version with DLC I'd buy it for $100 versus the garbage main game

I don't understand why people hate swsh so much. They were great games! The lack of Pokemon was upsetting, but the dlc will fix that. The graphics improve with every game and swsh's graphics are the best ones in the series, I mean the game looks beautiful. The story wasn't great but it was fine. The camera in the wild area is fine just I wish you could look more up and down, but it's not a big deal. And finally, the wild area was there first open world step, so they are going to improve on it in gen 9. The games are great so stop hating on them.

SwSh aren't bad, but they were pretty bland. Nothing really stood out too much as a major improvement. And when you compare its graphics to other Japanese games like Xenoblade Chronicles then it looks way worse in comparison.

First of all stop being homophobic. Second of all: Next year is the 15th anniversary of when they released in Japan. The Pokemon company has put out two Sinnoh posts this year that had the word confirmed and a winking emoji. They are adding regis, so that could mean we have to transfer those over from the crown tundra to the remakes. They do a remake every other gen, and Sinnoh is next in line. The croagunk statue from the pokemarts in Sinnoh is in your room in Swsh. And finally, there is a lack of Sinnoh Pokemon in swsh, because all of them would be in the diamond and pearl remake.

Also, there was a leak back in 2017 that said the gen 8 games would be sword and shield, and the diamond and pearl remakes. Thats been confirmed to be true, since sword and shield were real. If you don't believe me that there was a leak, go look at ruffledrowlit's most recent youtube video going over 3 diamond and pearl remake leaks, he talked about it.
