So not only does this give it approximately an 8% boost to all moves, but also turns every move into a precise multi-hit attack that breaks substitutes with no waste.
In a double battle, if it takes less than 108 attacks to KO an opponent, it moves on the the next one with the remaining attacks.
And obviously, this isn't as slow as normal multi-hit attacks. It plays out like a machine gun.
