What do people here honestly expect main series wise next year?

It will likely be the last year this gen can get a main series release before the series moves on to Gen 9, but it's also the 25th anniversary.

I can only think of 4 possibilities right now:

>Sinnoh remakes
>Let's Go Johto
>More DLC (please no)
>Nothing (practically impossible)
