The leg shape is similar and it has large spikes in pairs going along its back and tail. Sounds like stegosaurus features to me.

As silly as it might be I think they're just put together like legos, as the exposed severed parts don't show any organs or bones.
They're put together randomly and according to the combination of body parts they develop different adaptations, like Arctovish's upside down eyes, Arctozolt's fins becoming feet and the color variations on -zolt's and -vish's heads.
