Empoleon and Krookodile aren't jobmons. They're styled after human things (emperor/delinquent) but that's as far as the influence goes.
Primarina is literally a singer. Incineroar is literally a wrestler. Cinderace is literally a soccer player. Inteleon is literally a spy.
