So how safe is it to assume that there are more hybrids like N around? Also is it likely that some psychic/dark types or humanoids in general like Delphox or Gallade could also talk?

I'm thinking this. The talking might have been part of the illusion. The only pokemon that are said to be able to telepathically converse with humans are Latios and Latias according to their dex entry but we've seen it with calyrex in action so it might be something only legendary pokemon can do but not your average psychic type.

The whole intermingling shenanigans that a Zoroark does is unique to the species. Other species like Gardevoir and Lapras are intelligent enough to comprehend complex human speech and emotions, but they just don’t have the privilege of independence and incognito that the Zoroark species has.

With that said, I like to envision a story about a Zoroark and its children found it was marginally easier to live in human society than in the wild, but they also got to deal with uniquely human issues as a consequence of escaping the ones they faced in the wild. I also like to imagine the Zoroark in question is the father, and has grown a taste for suits that his illusion can “wear”, perhaps even fall in love with a human, but he also needs to know what he should do with his children since they can’t just sit around and play all day at home. Really, this could pass off as a side quest in a future game.

Bare in mind that the same Zoroark here literally just gave you TM95 (Snarl), and discusses about how Zoroarks lived in Lostlorn. I think Zoroarks are just intelligent enough to do such things.
