Yes, soulless suits get pissy when you don't treat life like a heartless efficiency sim. But drawing a dick is hardly a concer in the grand scheme of things, there are still numerous procedures you have to go through. Often times, even if they arrive at port early, they aren't scheduled to dock for a while, so they just sit at sea doing nothing. Especially now with covid, plenty of vessels are arbitrarily forced to wait even when they're scheduled to dock.
