Meganium, as it is at the bottom of the barrel right now. It needs a BST overhaul and buff, maybe type alteration, ability alteration, and moveset buffs.

Both Meganium and Emboar definitely deserve more love. But with Meganium appearance in snap, it leaves Emboar.
