Agatha was supposedly on the picture in Kurt's house, described as a "lady with determined house". I hope that we once get LGPE-style Johto remake that will confirm that's her (the pictures in LGPE were pretty detailed and recognizable).
Yeah, those references say nothing about their whereabouts, but I guess it's "always something".
