Has anyone managed to get a Lucky Egg from Chansey?

I've used Thief on 30+ with Super Luck and got nothing.

There's one in the grand underground if you dig under Snowpoint. I think it's in one of the snow rooms to the far left

I haven't in the new games, but the best strategy afaik is
>super luck or compoundeyes in slot 1, FAINTED -- this ups the chance of there being a held item
