Can you're still use Bank on CFW with pirated games safely?

they actually do support mod chips, it's just a lot harder to do and not officially recommended

The main manufacturer of the old chip got vanned by Nintendo lawyers. They're rare as fuck now, need to wait for the new Chinese ones.
