So the incest could be avoided if the following scenarios are seen as different and non-intersecting timelines
1) Lucas is Johanna's son and Dawn is Rowan's assistant's daughter. Lucas goes to the past, fucks Akari, and generates assistant Dawn in the present. That just means Lucas' friend Dawn is actually his descendant. Lucas still had a normal ancestry that didn't include himself or Dawn
2) the opposite scenario. Dawn is Johanna's daughter and Lucas is Rowan's assistant's son. She goes to the past, fucks Rei and generates Lucas in the present. No incest included once again.
