Assuming he ever shows up as a fightable character like Red.
My guess. Typhlosion, meganium, feraligatr, togekiss, umbreon, and ampharos.

3 starters is possible.
Maybe Unbreon? There was a gifted eevee in gen 2 and it would parallel Espeon..but they dropped Red having Espeon after Crystal.

He'll probably have a Sodowoodo and a togetic/kiss on his team.

It should reflect the average Johtofag, and as far as I can tell that means Typhlosion only, Ampharos, and then after that I have no real clue. Nobody but girls actually use Togepi, and Eevee I'm not sure about.
