How has Nintendo not taken this down yet? They’ve taken down far more obscure projects for way less. Showdown even runs ads. With how ant-fan game Nintendo is, it really floors me that Showdown has gotten away scotch-free for over a decade.

Clover needs to be compiled yourself so it technically doesn't use any of the game's assets
