It's a little bit too slow. Certain scarfers are faster than it and it should be able to outspeed them. Also since it's a female royal Pokemon, I think Intrepid Sword should be coubled with Queenly Majesty, but to make it safe, it's base stats should be raise at least 50 points each. I also believe that steel and fire types should automatically be weak it and on entry, should have sharply lowered defenses.
