This, all they have to do is bump up the saturation (or in some cases pick some different colors) and the games would look so much better. Pikachu being this greenish grayish yellow just looks so bad

The "washed out" colors on the gen 6 models are great. They look just like the Sugimori art.

yeah idk why that anon chose that movie as an example over another game. here's SV Pikachu compared to Home Pikachu, which I would assume are the "correct" colors. Also threw SwSh Pikachu and PLA Pikachu in there for some in-game comparisons. SV and SwSh are very washed out and almost green in hue (SV is greener), while PLA and Home are more saturated and warmer in hue
