Electric Terrain is cucked by virtue of being locked to Pinchurchin outside of Miraidon unless you spend a Paradox moveslot on it. Torkoal's actually usable and Sunny Day has significant distribution.

Slowking shits all over Torkoal and replaces sun easily. Pinchurchin is a shitmon and Robobird will be more than happy to face a team with one. It's the fastest mon in the game under electric terrain and even without it has 136 speed. STABs have perfect coverage.
You're seriously underestimating this, it's ubers material, just not as much as the more blatantly broken things like Flutter Mane, Roaring Moon and Chien-Pao.

Iron Bundle has 2 free moveslots because Freeze-Dry + water STAB is all it needs for offense. All future paradoxes learn Electric Terrain and this thing even has Flip Turn, so I could see it being a perfectly viable Electric Terrain setter because it doesn't kill your momentum unlike Pinchurchin.

Does it even need electric terrain to function? 136 speed and 120+ SpA with that dual STAB is crazy by itself and it has a lot more going for it. It's Dragapult with a different type.

Water as a STAB isn't going to matter much when Sun is going to be the dominant weather. That was also directed at the Slowking Snow setting in the OP. People won't really run Future teams because it's worse than just running Sun, and running non-Sun weathers is worse because Sun has the Paradox lineup backing it.

There are two good past paradox mons and both are getting banned. Volcarona, Donphan, Jiggly, Amoongus and Magneton aren't nearly as good. Sun will be dead after the inevitable bans. Meanwhile Slowking+Cetitan alone keep snow viable.
