4+ million sales at release. We are basically shitting out japanese Call of Duty for 1/100 of the budget.
I left GameFreak to do heroin and bang hookers in TPC because nowadays we can pretty much slap the Pokémon logo on a bag of turd and you'd buy it anyway. I'm not even angry, just disgustingly rich and surprised at how easy my life is.
How does it feel being the single most humiliated fanbase in the entire gaming industry?
How does it feel having to pay me 10$ / year to keep the Pokémon that once you stored for free?
How does it feel having to put up with games that haven't even been close to state of the art in the industry or that have served as reference for anything of quality since 1996?
How does it feel knowing all content producers are either dishonest crooks who lie to children to make a living or just have flocked away to playing romhacks or simulators because they can't force themselves to play our official shit?
How does it feel having the game babified against your will, such as locking Exp Share to work when we could've made it optional with two lines of code?
How does it feel paying full price games to a developer that you heavily suspect is actually unable to make a modern videogame that can match modern industry standards?
For me it feels rich.
