ordered it from an online store with physical location, I'm only going to refund if that means nintendo is loosing money, if nintendo or TPC or GF are not loosing money I won´t bother (the store in question is not a nontendo store)

Ok then try doing a chargeback through your bank/card company, just say it was broken or something, I did that to get free food with my food delivery orders but then I stopped so I wouldn't get banned from my bank cause I was doing it too much
