It has to be tough being a designer on a Pokemon gacha game, gacha games are pretty much created to get artists to draw girls in slutty seasonal outfits but since Pokemon is a Y-7 brand, we get the safest waifu stuff possible. As a NSFW artist I could never do it.

well, to be fair is kind of illogical to make characters with little clothing on winter, and, the game offers a fair amount of "lewdness" for a pokemon game, including some jiggle physics, bigger than usual breasts (gif related) and a LOT of midriffs, this game would probably "fix" the lame designs of SV characters when they eventually add them

Classic outfits are still good, and these are both different takes on the traditional.
Whitney's is designed for fanservice - detatched sleeves to show off her armpits, opening in the front highlighting her crotch, high-cut off shorts, pockets over her boobs, etc. It's got a lot going for it.
And Jasmine's, while a bit more conservative, also has similar elements to it - open pits, long gloves, tights underneath the dress, etc. Both of these are fine and rather appealing outfits
