A Vaporeon to tank zard, then use rain dance oj the next turn to fuck it over, then heal and murder.
Any decent psychic type for Venusaur, even Kadabra gets the job done.
For Blastoise, a Jolteon with 100% accurate thunder gets the job done.
Espeon os trickier, as this is gen 2/4, your options in dark types are limited and TTar is a piece of shit to train, and most bug types are shitters, good luck.
And for Snorlax you want a fighting type with Close Combat, no way around it with a 20-25 lvls diff.
