These are some of the most boring character designs I've ever seen. They look more like background characters than protagonists.

In all honesty, while this series will probably develop its own dedicated fans, I feel pretty certain it will not do that well. Because no one is going to really care about nobody OCs that aren't Ash or actual game characters in the long run.
