They didn't really even feel like grunts and their theme goes unnecessarily hard. Harder than 90% of the battle themes for that game, yet their 20 second battles end before the music can really go off.

I can't remember ever fighting them besides the battle before you meet Penny and the guards in front of the Team Star bases. I just looked on bulbapedo and there's only four battles with them since you fight a student and a teacher in place of the grunts for two of the bases. They're pretty shit since you rarely battle with them and there's barely any opportunity to talk to them.

Pretty bottom tier to be honest.

Good Theme, Lame Visual designs (They are supposed to be biker delinquets but they honestly just look like Spec.Ed with tard helmets) and you barely fucking fight them at all, Pose and Catch Phrase is fun though as is them accidentally harassing their own boss in their recruitment zeal.

Yell sucked ass but still had some funny background events and the Silicobra Scene.
