But you can rematch them… once each.

I’m sorry to reveal this to you, but Gym Leader rematches have always been third game at the earliest and rematches at the latest. The exception being SWSH with its Champion Tournament which acts as an Elite 4 substitute and has random characters each time. Just wait for the DLC like the good boy you are.

Gym leader rematches outside of Lv 50 battle facilities kinda suck anyway.
SV not having anything like the Battle Tower is the real issue.

No, only teachers, friends and Geeta do.
This also means Hassel is the only Elite Four member that you can rematch, as well.

You don't even need EXP share or grinding NPCs anymore, just cram EXP candies into an Iron Hands, Azumarill and Annihilape to mog 90% of raids and then stuff EXP candies down your competitive Pokemon's throats.
