>>54183434You don't see it, so let me use an example. You see the falcon you just posted, it's legs have plumage till about where it's legs and feet begin, but not specifically it's thigs. Here's a picture of Moltres, notice how it's thigs are completely covered by it's plumage, just like your pic. Now look at Zapdos again, and see it's naked chicken thigs that protrude in a very goofy manner from it's body, it does not look natural, they look like someone realized, in the middle of drawing a hummingbird, that it was supposed to share the legs of it's brethren, but forgot to add the yellow plumage on top of them, so it looks like it has two drumsticks attached to it's body.
