Crows are some of the most intelligent birds so they are able to use objects.
Since birds evolved from dinosaurs, why not have it the other way around in the Pokémon world?
To showcase it gets more intelligent as it evolves, the tool it's holding becomes more complex, just like a homo sapiens would use more complex tools than a primate.
The theme is cool and so are the designs, but the drawing is kinda ugly.
