I think Sunflora would have been a toptier shitmon in gen 1, 105 Special is nothing to sneeze at. But in Gen 2 its problem is speed and in Gen 3+ its abilities don't quite mesh with its stats. 157 Base SpAtk from Solar Power is useles on 30 Spd without Trick Room support and Base 60 Spd from Chlorophyll isn't going to break any meaningful speed ties. Early Bird is neutral.

Sunflora, Vileplume, and Bellossom are fucking MONSTERS in Mystery Dungeon on Sun teams, since Chlorophyll doubles every attack they make. With Petal Dance or Bullet Seed, you can gatling damn near anything to death instantly, not to mention screen clearing with Petal Blizzard.

It's not terribly fun to use in GSC/HGSS, but at least we have B2W2 and SV.

It stats should be for rooted version.
Unrooted one should get +40 speed and sp attack.
(Beta was showing it rooted in ground which explains its stats)
