It's only based in RBY. It's kinda lame to use one in other regions.

It's aight... STAB Strength at around the 3rd-4th Gym combined with Silk Scarf is good, but after that I'm not sure how well it holds up for the late game.

Hoenn's not got a great selection of electric types, but you chose one of the better ones, at least.

Respect for taking the time to catch a Ralts. I prefer other psychic types, but it's a good mon.

People shit on it, but it gets you through the game fine with its wide movepool. RS are piss easy games anyway, and Exploud is based.

Good choice, busted in terms of moveset.

Great aesthetically, Gen 3 is arguably its worst gen, though. Point for perseverance.

5.5/6, Magneton is better.

Plusle/Minun are surprisingly decent, I used one in an ORAS nuzlocke and they were a strong player all the way to the end. Like there's obviously way better Pokemon but they are totally fine in the campaign.
