Honestly, I wish the whole gen 1 dex got revised, just chuck Raichu into the bin and put Gorochu in its place, make it a dark-electric type and it's perfect

I have some adjustments myself
>Oddish is pure grass now, and Gloom and Vileplume are grass/ghost (this gets rid of at least one of the 3 grass/poison lines just in this gen, plus Vileplume is a rafflesia, the corpse flower)
>Spearow line is dark/flying, Doduo line is ground/flying (gets rid of 2 of the 4 normal/flying lines this gen)
>Remove the ground types from the Geodude line, Onix line, and Rhyhorn line
>Make Ninetales ghost/fire (too many pure fire types)
>Make Blastoise steel/water (only non-dual type starter this gen)
>Make Butterfree psychic/bug (make up space for the bug/flying type, explanation in the next change)
>Make Venonat pure bug and Venomoth bug/flying (both are just bugs who happen to be purple)
>Make Meowth line psychic/normal (psychic is associated with luck and gold)
>Make Psyduck line psychic/water)
>Make Farfetch'd pure flying
>Make Seel water/ice like Dewgong
>Make the Shellder line dark/ice types (too many water types in this gen, not all Pokemon that live in the water need to be water types)
>Make Nidoran line one single line with gender differences like Frillish line, Meowstic line, and Indeedee line. On top of that, make them steel/ground types
>Make Gastly line ghost/dark (I know they are based on poisonous gases, but they description are literally so evil, these are basically demons especially gengar)
>Make the Exeggcute pure grass type and Exeggutor dark/grass (I have little idea why it's psychic and Exeggutor's gen 1 sprite looked very evil so)
>Make Krabby line water/steel (too many pure water types)
>Make Marowak ground/ghost
>Make Staryu water/psychic like Starmie
>Make Jynx ice/fairy (it's based on a yokai, it should have become one back in gen 6)
>Make Lapras ice/fairy (it's based on a urban legend, which are basically modern fairy-tales)
>Make the Kabuto line rock/bug
>Make Mew a normal type (it's the ancestor to all Pokemon, should be the "neutral" type) and Mewtwo normal/psychic (Mew clone)
