Did you manage to reroll Arc Cynthia? Thats all you really need now (although getting Arc Steven too is a bonus)

sadly having Arc Cynthia will not unlock Cynthia in the lodge. You need specifically her OG Garchomp variant, the old pokefair from early 2020
The ONLY way for you to get her right now is with 5000 paid gems - and use them on the PokeFair scout x15 (A), you can choose the original Garchomp pokefair from there.
But this paid gems PF banner ends tomorrow, in ~15 hours. So if you want to do it and will commit buying 5000 gems - do it now
Alternatively you can wait for her on the monthly lodge banner rotation, that will take up to ~6+ months
They also might give her out for free at some point like other old pokefairs, it has happened twice in 5 years so far. No guarantee though
