You are right that I do not make too much content that is blatantly anti-Jew or anti-black because those images risk people who repost them on a blue board a ban, and I like to make images I can freely repost on any board.
I do still risk getting banned for spamming whenever I make a personal drawthread. But I think that is unjustified because 1. I usually space those threads by at least a few days now, often usually a week 2. there is a lot more blatant spam on this board that goes unpunished.

What I would rather see is a simple BST upgrade because Delcatty is supposed an Clefable analog and Clefable as a BST of 470 something while Delcatty is stuck at 400. Even the other catmons like Persian and Liepard have a significantly higher BST than Delcatty and they do not need stones to evolve.
The buff I like the most for Normalize is instead of forcing all of her moves to be Normal-type, Delcatty should have the option of Normalizing a move before using it. Like if she used Thunder Bolt, you would get an additional screen asking if you want to use Electric Thunder Bolt or Normal Thunder Bolt. This removes the issue of Normalize removing the ability of Delcatty to use other types to her advantage. But like you said, I also think Delcatty needs a better movepool to make Normalize more interesting.
