Kind of a tricky choice. Of course nowadays it's shit, but it is just absurdly good competitively in Gen 1 (pretty much every single team uses it), and yet I think this is such a milquetoast design.

That ugly ghost/dragon in sword and shield.

Literally the worst pokemon design ever and the only reason it was used commonly was because its stats were busted and had a variety of builds.
