Kotoka was in a very emotional state and talking from her feelings about someone that she felt betrayed her trust and lied to her repeatedly. Treating her as if she character assassinated Zaion when she said shit way tamer than Zaion calling her a "backstabber" is very disingenuous. Now Zaion's fans are using it to mass harass Kotoka for over a year and everyone is like "oh well she didn't wish her luck so that means she deserves it" when that's fucking bullshit and you know it. That's the only thing people take from Kotoka's entire talk about Zaion where she said she misses her and she wishes things could've gone differently and XSoleil will never be the same without her, as if that singular sentence taken completely out of context justifies treating her like shit for happening to be too emotionally close to someone who got fired and decided to lash out. This is a very common trend in the vtuber community where the person who shows the most honesty and emotional vulnerability over firings or scandals gets the brunt of the blame and harassment because tourists want someone to focus their ire on. They want someone to tear down who will be emotionally affected by it since they know sending hate directly to the corporation will just go to the spam folder. She was by far the person hit the hardest by Zaion's firing in NijiEN and yet she still suffers for it to this day. It's fucking infuriating seeing retards who never watched her or Zaion before this drama treat her like this when she's by far the hardest working person in her wave and the person who collaborated the most with Zaion behind the scenes and tried to form a bond with her. It fucking sucks and I'm sure she was already miserable over the firing before drama monkeys ruined her life.
As for Finana she was speaking entirely based on her only experience with Zaion. She said Zaion asked her for advice, Finana gave her advice, then Zaion lied to management about the advice she gave her. This is entirely a matter of who you choose to believe but it's entirely possible both Finana and Zaion's recollection of the events are true if you think management lied to Finana as well. With how bad Niji management is, who the fuck knows. This is the only one that I'd say is comparable to the black stream because she could've been coerced by management like the black stream participants.
