What grinds my gears is how hypocritical and ridiculous his statement is when he himself eats from a silver spoon while having little talent himself. Reminds me of when celebrities are yelling "EAT THE RICH" and "SAVE THE ENVIRONMENT" when they're hoarding tens of millions of dollars, riding expensive yachts and private aircraft, and generally doing nothing to back up what they preach.
