Are not VTubers in any capacity. Some of these are actively spammed here for the express purpose of subverting and undermining what a VTuber is simply so they can inevitably destroy the very concept by swamping it with low quality, hideous children's webseries and trying to amalgamate any other form of media into it, to the point where the term is now unspecific and meaningless.
PNGTubers barely count either, but I give them the benefit of the doubt for at least being entirely 2D and assuming they're a placeholder for a moving or rigged model. Pewdiepie, Pokimane and the like only count as VTubers for specific, individual videos, you can not discuss all their non-VTuber content as if it's all retroactively on-topic by association either.
