the objective is to make triples and sequences, and once you have a hand full of both of them you won the match.
Obviously certain triplets and certain sequences are worth more than the others but once you get that fact you can basically start playing.
if you install mahjong soul and do the tuturial you can probably start streaming it from the bat and since the game is mostly luck you can win too
Think of it as chinese poker mixed with dominoes
