Why do people keep trying to perpetuate these dead rrats? We know for a fact that Coco was strictly just reading off analytics. There was no malicious intent to get back at chinese audiences. There was no behind the scenes rrat of Coco doing it on purpose to take the heat off Hachama. Just an acknowledgement of Taiwan. Chinese antis shouldn't be blaming Coco for her actions, PERIOD. She didn't need to apologize because again, the real villain for the Chinese antis should be Google for acknowledging Taiwan.
The closing of the branch HoloCN was also not Coco's fault at all either. Why? Because, HoloCN was their own downfall from the inside. It's confirmed that 4 out of the 6 HololiveCN members were organizing hate and harrassment campaigns against Coco specifically. These 4 members being Artia, Doris, Rosalyn, and Civia. Yoguri and Echo were silent during the whole ordeal, so it is only fair to give them the benefit of the doubt. HololiveCN members were also breaking NDA for talking about how they would be able to keep their personas and models. Sadly, that didn't happen because they didn't keep their mouths shut and broke contract.
Let me say this one more time for everyone to understand. Chinese Antis and HololiveCN brought the whole branch crashing on themselves by harassing Coco and other legal shit. If you want someone to blame, blame whoever the fuck you want. Just don't blame Coco because she wasn't actually doing anything malicious.
It's not fair that Coco was caught in the crossfire of this geopolitical scrap between netizens on the many tubes of the interwebs. It's unfortunate that many hololive "fans" and most talents would out rather out themselves than try to keep things professional and be supportive. All because of a single word, A worse viewing experience manifested itself in Coco's streams for half a year and it's just now truly being pushed back into the void. But you know what anons, it is what it is. What can we do expect keep supporting the chuubas we love.
