Here's what I think it may feel like to be in her shoes:
The others have plenty to accomplish still, and a lot to challenge themselves with to prove that they can become even better. Gura doesn't have that. Or at least, doesn't have that aura about her. Not anymore. There's nowhere left for her to go. Nothing that may hit that same type of "WOW" effect that the others may get from their own accomplishments. Everything is straight up just fucking handed to you, responsibilities to be the face of the branch is given exclusively to you, shit just becomes dull after a while. What you once loved to do, becomes a chore.
So at one point, you have to wonder: "Why even bother?"
