I made egg and tomatoes! Extremely delicious, actually had a double take when I took the first bite. I cook the eggs and tomatoes separately and combine so that the tomatoes can cook down into a sauce but the eggs form nice curds and stay moist. I also added some chicken stock, chili peppers and shredded rehydrated dried scallops to the tomatoes.
