I truly feel sorry for Lumi, she has it hard enough before you even consider her viewers mostly being full on schizos from /here/.
She's in a rough position where her chat/community would improve significantly and be more welcoming to new viewers if some of the worst were culled and she interacted more, but she doesn't really have the viewers to sustain the loss that would be required to fix the problem and her chat is so bad right now that it's no wonder she doesn't interact much in the first place.
It's a tough situation to break out of, but having some mods to time out and curb unwanted behavior would be a good start.

oh and she rescued 2 dogs from a shelter that would otherwise have been put down by now despite the fact she has a dog allergy she has to suffer through each day because of that but she still loves them.
