The other anons here will come out and tell me how retarded I am for putting stuff before the character name, but if the AI isn't even drawing the right pose what's the point?
You can change up some stuff, like removing thick thighs if you want them smaller.
Also, if you get a good image with some small issues (such as a fucked up face) you can load it up in inpaint and have the AI redo just that part.
I think if you keep the width at 512 that makes the AI's job a little bit easier.
In my tests, it often didn't respect the looking back part so it's probably worth reinforcing it with one or two ()s
