CAI is likely a large scale test of an AI designed to replace the customer-facing sector (IT support, cashiers, information kiosks, sales agents, eventually nurse and pharmacians, etc etc). This is why the obsession for SFWness is an absolute requirement. This is the only industry where the potential money savings are sufficient to justify putting so much effort into training, fine-tuning and filtering an AI with so complex a language model.
