The detailed description of actions is usually what I like the most, but the addition of some unhinged moaning/onomatopoeia to add emphasis to the activity you just described is the cherry on top, and removes a bit of the clinical monotony of a few slabs of text.
It's something I'm trying to incorporate more of at specific times in my stories.
