The only similarity I can see between them is that they're not afraid to say what they want to and do what they feel like doing
Other than that, Izuru's personality is endearing to me because he's quick to take the piss out of anyone and everyone while Noir is just fun, comfortable, charismatic, and easy to listen to
Plus I love Izuru's music, I considering the best of any Holo
