As you say, he's got an endless list of vtubers who would want to collab with Neuro/Evil Neuro, sticking with previous collabs like Nihmune, Miyune, Anny, Filian etc is suspicious.
Is he not confident about Neuro's abelites recently? Maybe he got spooked after the Shylily collab but Neuro's been presentable for a long time since.
It's not like I'm saying he has to pick a 1/2 viewer vtuber, there's plenty in the 500-2500 range who would love a collab.
Maybe he really did come back to these threads and start reading them again around the V2 release and has been stunlocked by the constant doomposting in these threads.
We know he didn't read them between mid Feburary - 27th May because various stream suggestions like Evil Neuro or the Gameshow idea came from /swarm/ posting them on the discord. He did confirm he was reading /swarm/ in January.
