People joke about "touching grass" but to go out isn't enough: do something. Move, shout, whatever it takes to break the cycle. For the Amerimutt anons I highly recommend taking a day trip to your local state park or historical places. Leave your electronics behind and find cool rocks, maybe learn something new. Take the time to relax and disconnect from the online world. The internet makes it so easy to find anything, don't do that. Set a destination, go to it, and stop and see anything you think is interesting along the way. If you got a car it only takes a day, two at max.
I love all the people and anons I've met in FlaVR, so take care of yourselves. FlaVR helped me through the depression of the winter, and I sure as hell am going to pay it back and help anybody else through their troubles
