1. EN+JP collabs are simply hard. Obviously you have Kiara and Ina, but collabing with the EN-only ones is simply very difficult, especially if you want to be entertaining, not all the JPs are as brave as robocco
2. Their own fanbase, Haachama got pushback from her own fans when she did a ton of EN streams, but she's a stacey and didn't care, a lot of the JP girls are sensitive to alienating their own fan-base. Not to mention with how much BLACK SHIP posting I'm sure you've all seen, it should be pretty easy to understand that there are also plenty of JP fans who look down on or outright dislike EN fans.
