Despite what is shown on the news black people don't got much against whites these days, atleast in many areas. You're only really gonna find it in professional race baiters and former criminals or hoodlums.
Now Asians? Yeah theres some history there. Asians tend to be racist and blacks tend to be reactionary and distrusting. Even if Asians weren't racist the pride they hold would make still make them dislikable to African Americans.
