I edited a video before even coming with a written script because I pictured in my mind what I wanted to say in every portion of it, but now that I wrote the script I'm noticing there's a lot of silence between shots because I wasn't taking into account how quickly or slowly I was gonna say some words and now everything's out of synch so I have to re-edit everything again.
Anyway, how can I stop this from happening again? Should I make the script first, set the narration into the timeline of the editor and then edit the video parts around it or what?
